Privacy

STUDIO MERLIN, s.p. (address above) is the controller for this website. We take a simple approach: we collect as little as possible.

What this website collects

Nothing. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and has no contact or sign-up forms. All fonts and files are hosted on our own server, so no third party is contacted when you load a page.

Server logs

Like any web server, our host may briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep the server secure. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify or profile you.

Booking a call and email

The “Book a free call” button opens Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Anything you enter there is handled by Calendly under their terms, and we receive the booking details you choose to share. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and to prepare a quote, and we keep it only as long as needed for that and for our legal obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, write to tassh@studio-merlin.com.
